Summit One Business Solutions, Inc. is a business-consulting firm that was founded in the Philippines in the last quarter of 2011. The Company was initially registered as Partnership with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Summit One Business Solutions Co. on the 3^rd of February, 2012. The Company acquired its very first office, around 20sqm., located at Unit 1219 Cityland Herrera Tower, V.A. Rufino St. in Makati City. As the Company grew its clients portfolio and with the increasing number of employees, the Company was later incorporated with the SEC on May 21^st 2014. Its inception was mainly focused on Business Registration, Accounting and Tax Compliance. The Corporation has catered services from various industries, such as BPO, Real Estate, Holdings, IT, PR & Social Media, Retail & Distribution and Food & Beverages to locals and clients from across the globe such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and the United States.
